This is a list of all the obvious questions we could think of plus some of the questions we are commonly asked in our customer support. We believe people like to help themselves and we plan to grow this section to hopefully answer nearly all the questions about SecretDrawer you could have.

Ordering

1. Is it safe to order online?

Yes our site is safe and secure, we don’t store any payment details, and we only use reputable payment processing partners.

2. Are the Payment options safe to use?

With modern security technology and the charge back options available with all our payment providers Shopify Card Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. They are 100% safe and all payments actually are preformed on their servers so we never even see the payment details.

3. Do SecretDrawer store my credit card details?

No, with all our payment providers we don’t actually receive them as the payments are made off-site on the payment providers servers not on our servers.

4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

Please check that the email address you entered was correct and it is worth checking your spam folder.

5. Are the Payment option safe to use?

We use the biggest online payment providers in the world with Stripe Payments. This is about as safe and secure as it can get.

6. What happens if you do not have my order in stock?

We show live stock feeds on the website, when ordering you will see if the product is in stock, this is for your convenience, because we know how frustrating it is to order something only to find out afterwards that it is out of stock.

Delivery

1. Is my order packed discreetly?

Yes all products are sent in a discrete outer package.

2. Can I choose to use An Post?

No unfortunately not. We use DHL as our delivery partner.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes you will be sent details when the order is dispatched.

General

1. There is a problem with my order, what now?

Just send us a message and will check it out for you super quick.

2. Are you really Irish, the Internet is riddled with cowboys?

Yes absolutely 100%, we’re based in Dublin, and are huge GAA fans and have been known to be seen standing on the side-lines of a game of football or hurling with a clip board looking very important (while not really knowing what is going on!!). We’ll basically watch anything with a ball being knocked around a pitch!

3. How quickly are returns processed?

As soon as the goods are received back they are processed, but please make sure to read the returns policy, and be like the good carpenter, measure twice and order once!
